To meet the demands of our customers with large run projects, we use a Thieme 5070 5-color UV in-line screen press with a maximum size of 63" x 102". This automatic press allow us to print large quantities with great color matching and cost-effective pricing. We can print on virtually any type of rigid substrate to create a complete range of retail and out-of-home graphics. We offer a high resolution line screen so we can make your projects shine.
We also have two, Thieme 3000 single color UV screen presses for those jobs that may feature less complicated images and needing a faster cost-efficient result.
We boast one of the largest inventories of digital printing equipment in the Western United States. With the rare ability to print and finish eco posters, we are one of only three production facilities in the West to offer that product line. We have six, 16 foot wide grand format presses as well as three flatbed presses. BPGraphics also has extremely high-resolution Latex ink roll presses for photo quality and durable prints.
Speeds of digital equipment have become amazingly fast and the quality continues to improve year after year. As our efficiency improves, so does your cost and time savings.
Our newest capability is producing 10 foot wide dye sublimation fabric prints for a wide variety of uses. We have some of the newest technology available, with the Evo33 Series printer that produces amazing and vivid colors on a variety of fabrics. This unique printer allows us to print either directly to fabric or onto transfer paper. The result is gorgeous, water-fast and high resolution banners, flags, exhibits, in-store retail graphics and all other types of soft signage.
Some of our products will include table tents and throws, trade show booths and backdrops, specialty banners and stands and tear drop and feather displays. We are also offering the necessary hardware for all of these products.
The primary goal of color management is to obtain a good match across color devices; for example, the ability to match color from a variety of printing devices or material substrates. Color management helps to achieve the same appearance on all of these devices and materials, provided the devices are capable of delivering the needed color intensities. By utilizing ICC profiles, we calibrate our digital presses to ensure color output mapping of all of our equipment.
Our goal is to produce the most consistent color reproduction of your creative project, regardless of size and type of material printed on. We are G7 certified and have a dedicated team for creating the results you expect and deserve.
